Great Customer Service Recognition

Dear Jay, 

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum from your dealership on Friday, Aug 3rd, 2018.  We would like to share our buying experience with 3 of your employees that helped during this process. We live almost 2 hours away and were very hesitant to come out that far just to be disappointed, but we were very glad we did.

Amber Nelson:

The communication with Amber (starting 2 days before the purchase) was top notch.  She was very cooperative with everything we asked of her. She returned calls as she had promised in a timely matter.  She was very polite and professional. We were thoroughly impressed with our experience with Amber.

Shane Harmon:

Shane was installing the cargo matts as we drove into the dealership and parked next to the Pathfinder.  We were totally amazed at how well the 2017 Pathfinder looked. After visually inspecting and test driving the vehicle, we proceeded to Shane’s office to begin the paperwork for the purchase.  This process was also top notch as he thoroughly explained all the paperwork to us. After the close of the sale, Shane did a great job at explaining various features about the car to us. Several days after the sale, Shane is still quick to respond to my questions in a timely matter.

Darrin Talton:

Our interaction with Darrin was short since we paid cash for the car; but even in that short time, he left a good impression.  He was very polite, professional, and made the closing experience quite easy.

Overall, we were very impressed with our experience at your dealership.  The car was priced right and exceeded our expectations. The waiting area was very clean, comfortable, and hospitable.  Most importantly, we were treated professionally and with respect and patience by your employees. Two Thumbs up!
